Elas tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o uma pedida ideal para os dias quentes, como acompanhamento ou at\u00e9 mesmo como prato principal.<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\">Quando saio para jantar, com minha fam\u00edlia e amigos, cada um prova o prato do outro. A pergunta \u00e9 sempre a mesma: Fernanda voc\u00ea sabe fazer este prato? Faz pra mim! Provo novamente, tento sentir todos os sabores, quais ervas, temperos, formas de coc\u00e7\u00e3o. Meu cunhado Guilherme, italiano nato, apreciador de alimentos saud\u00e1veis, n\u00e3o deixa de lado uma boa salada, principalmente esta, sua predileta.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\">Para esta salada, v\u00e3o poucos ingredientes, mas cada um tem sua import\u00e2ncia. Lave 1 ma\u00e7o de r\u00facula, utilize apenas as folhas e reserve. Em um recipiente misture o azeite, vinagre de vinho tinto, mostarda e sal. Agora o segredo desta salada: no pr\u00f3prio refrat\u00e1rio do micro-ondas, acomode as folhas de papel absorvente. Sobre elas, fatias de bacon fatiado. Na pot\u00eancia alta asse por aproximadamente 5 minutos. Voc\u00ea ter\u00e1 um bacon bem crocante e sem gordura. Para finalizar esta salada basta mont\u00e1-la.
